 I've had the icons in LW change to LW's default icons. The ones shown on the library page under "Saves Files", but then they'd change back on their own. This used to happen off and on, but it didn't affect anything. The icons just show the program you have set as the default player for that type of file, it doesn't have any affect on the files themselves. Mine hasen't done it in a long time.
