Hello and Help (cannot select & place LW folder)

New to Limewire and not computer literate at all. Have eMac, os x provided by my son. I am happy to share many of my files and playlists and have tried

but unable to select and place in my limewire folder as they are dimmed.

Probably something to do with system prefs > sharing which is all clear at present. The dropdowns are mostly incomprehensible to me. Can anyone help me set up so I can share my selected files without opening my whole computer to abuse??

Would appreciate as simple, step by step, non tech terms as possible.
