My Mac is not connecting...

I have had limewire for about 2 years and it has always had problems (such as cutting off), but last night it cut off and than when I tried to go back on it never connected. I have tried it MANY times since than but can not get it to connect. I erased everything that had to do with LW from my hard drive and than re downloaded it, but to no avail. I am not as computer savy as probably everyone reading this but here is the info I know how to get.

1. OS version? Mac OS X 10.3.9
2. What firewalls you have? I dont know how to find out this, but the brick is up.
3. How much ram? I think 896 mb.
4. Hard Disk space available? 676.8 mb? I went to my hard drive and it says this is available.
5. Connection type? (eg: dialup, broadband, cable, etc.) Road runner. Time warner.
6. Modem & router brand name & model numbers? Toshiba cable modem DAZ8821F. PCX2500
7. Where are you trying to connect from (house, appartment complex, school, student accomodation, work, etc.)? House.
8. What version of LimeWire (LW) & Java do you have? (Go to LW's menu Help>About LW...) Will show both LW & Java version. LW - 4.12.15 JAVA - 1.4.2_12
9. Who is your ISP (Internet Service Provider)? Time Warner?
10. Do this simple test for us. Using your browser go here: http://www3.limewire.com:6346/ The page should say 'Your test worked!'. What happens when you go there? My test worked.
11. Are you sharing the connection with other computers or p2p sharing programs? If yes, please give details of set up. It is just my computer.
12. Is this a your 1st try at LW or is this a new problem with an experienced user. I have had LW for 2 years and than this happened.
13. Do you see a brick wall in front of the blue world icon at the bottom of LW's interface? Yes.
14. For those using a modem/router, how is your modem/router set up...are you port forwarding or is UPnP enabled? I dont know what this is.
15. What security programs are you using (antivirus etc)? Some people might not be aware that their security suite includes a firewall. I have a G3 Mac?
16. What country are you living in? Sometimes there are ISPs with the same name in more than one country (eg Clearwire in the USA & also in Ireland). USA

First, see if you have the same installer as the 10.3 installer at Lime Wire » Download Out-Of-Date Installers

We can go from there.

(sorry about the delay: I actually thought I had replied to you)

I erased the limewire pro that I used to have, completely from my Mac and than I installed the 10.3 that you are talking about above. Thanks for the response, sorry that I am late in my response, but I had to finish getting gifts for Christmas :)

Hello Fellow Mac Users

It seems a bunch of us are having the same problem with Limewire... I think it must be something on there end... I even purchased the upgrade to 4.12 but still cannot connect...

I have a mac with osx too. DO you have any idea what model I have or how much ram or what type of connection or whether i am connecting from home or work or school, etc. ? All these details are important ... i mean if you take any technical device to support to get fixed ... don't you think they wanna know what model it is ... I don't suppose you bothered to read the forum rules that went before your eyes as you signed up to the forums.

Oh and yes .. a bunch out of 25 million makes a big % ... I guess that represents like 0.00001%

Dear Lord of the Rings,
Can you please help me? I have all of the info in my first message. From what I have read of your post in the past, you know ALOT about this stuff. Sorry if that other guy got you upset (I'm saying that because of your response to what he said), but I just want to use Limewire again.
