I basically had a situation where: everytime i click later or the close button, when it says "do u want to upgrade ..." etc it would crash ... however, if i didnt click it straight away and just start searching (the blinking "|" symbol should be blinking as soon as it loads, indicating u can start typing, despite the upgrade box being up) it will work fine, and after i begin searching i can click off the upgrade to limewire pro box fine and carry on like normal...

let me know if this is just lucky for me or if it works for others

Mine seems to have spontaneously repaired itself. Weird! Whatev...
