ID3 Tags Problem

The song I've recently downloaded from LimeWire have been locked. I added them to iTunes, tried to rewrite the Tags and I can't do it.

On the song info, where it says Encoded, some say Lame3.97, sone unknown, other iTunesv7.5. How can I decode them?

I'm using iTunes 7.5 on Leopard.

Anybody knows what's going on?
