One Bar Problem!!!

I am running LW on a Mac OSX. LW used to work but now it doesn't. I had to re-install it because when I tried to upgrade it the upgrade wouldn't finish downloading and when I would try to open LW it would say that it wasn't properly installed. Now whenever I go on LW it shows one green bar and all of the others are red. I turned my firewall on and off but it wouldn't show the wall so I don't think that it is the firewall. I used to be able to get Turbo charged but not since I re-installed it. I have tried almost everything from the threads on this forum.

Don't know if this will help but with my L.W. I have to go to file and hit connect before I get anywhere.

Ditto, I can't connect or search either and I have one bar. I tried clicking connect on the file menu but the message is that I am connecting but never fully connect. What do I do?
