LimeWire Crashes on Startup

Here is the scenerio. Whenever I open Limewire and clik on the "no thanks" tab for the upgrade it crashes and closes up. I do notice however that even after I have deleted all the folders and re installed that there is a download in the Incomplete folder that keeps coming back. I cant get rid of it and dont know if thats what is causing the crash. Here is what the report says. Its a new mac laptop any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi cqb414

Looks like the kind of error report the devs should find quite useful. To get their attention, post it over at LimeWire Forums

As for the incomplete file, look in ~/Library/Preferences/LimeWire for the download.dat file. I think if you remove that (and the files in the Incomplete folder), the download should not show on restart. FWIW, I don't think it is causing the kern protection failure problem. Kern = kernel = OSX not happy with Java.
