I run the latest version on a straight 56K modem with a local ISP dial service and have the same problems. I attribute the problem with the inability of the relate slow connection to keep up with the on going hand shaking that this application requires. I have seen this problem with both my OSX/g4/V2.3.x mac and my older mac PPC7600/400MHZ running OS V9.1/V1.8C. I like LW but it is a work in progress. Every new version I down load cures previous ills, but creates a load of new ones!!!
