Suddenly, I'm getting a pop-up box that says "Limewire is currently connecting to the network. Your search may not return many results until you are fully connected to the network." I've tried everything I can think of but I cannot fix this problem. When I click on an icon at the bottom left of the page it says "Limewire has detected a Firewall." I removed Firewall in my Mac OS X but that didn't help. What's up? Can anyone help?

Which version of LW are you using? If LW 4, there are a few suggestions to try here (click on link): http://www.gnutellaforums.com/genera...wall-down.html
If you're using LW 5 then see this link: http://www.gnutellaforums.com/connec...t-connect.html If you're still stuck then please post back with your system details as shown in both links

For LW 4 it's usually a case of the gnutella.net file needing replacement.
