Help!!!
 

Hello.
When I start downloading a file, I get a mediocre speed that either slows to a crawl or "hangs" commpletely. I've noticed a lot of people share this problem and I don't see any answers.
Also, it seems that when I use Limewire, it slows down Internet Explorer. I've noticed that a lot of people have problems multi tasking when using Limewire.
Finally, everyone keeps saying to upgrade Java, but when I downloaded it from Apple, it turned out to be an OS 9 application. How will that help OSX users?

Any help please?
