Hi I purchased Limewire Pro 5.5.10 and need to re-install it, however every time I submit the email address that I signed up with, I am re-directed to the free trial page instead of it calling up my details.

All I want to to is re-install the version I paid for - is there a way of doing this please?

You don't still have the installer? Get it from here. You will see a download button & your activation code top right. Chances are the code will be the same as previous, so may not need to activate it again if you previously had LW 5 installed. Depends.

Hi, thank you for your assistance. I have already tried submitting my email to the address on that link you provided, however I get getting re-directed to the free trial page. So I guess I am stuck!

Can you check your credit card statement, copy the details & send it to me in a Private Message? This will help me to confirm with LW & see how this can be rectified. Thanks (include the purchase date, invoice numbers, who was paid to, etc.)
