why can't I download any files?

Since I upgraded to 2.3 I have not been able to download anything.
What's up?
I would love to buy this product but there is no consistancy.
Open to suggestion. Are there other options?

please be a little more specific, so that someone can assist you. are you able to connect? are you able to do searches? are you seeing search results?
