![]() I have read some things that really bash LimeWire. However, I just downloaded LimeWire on my MAC and it works nearly flawlessly!!! Mactella on the other hand gave me NOTHING but trouble. My first night using LimeWire, I downloaded over 40 files in no time. Of course, I am using broadband (cable modem). Also, there hasn't been any programs that I haven't been able to find. Just make sure that you are looking for .sit files which are MAC files. Otherwise, you WILL receive error messages when trying to download and expand. Yeah, this might be 'insulting' to those of you who CONSIDER themselves 'experts' because this is an obvious thing to do. However, for the not so experienced user, they might not know the difference between the file types. Good luck! |
