limewire doesn't start - please help
 

i have G4 with mac OS 9.2
i installed Limewire 2.5 and the installation was successfull.
i try to launch Limewire and the application quit and there
is an apple error n¡2.

so i switched off all fax extensions ("fax" and "STF...") but nothing.
so i install the last version if MRJ (2.2.5) but nothing happens.
so i searched and searched a solution but i didn't find.

i looked in the Limewire_installLog and i found an error in the
installation:
"Install Log Detail:

Custom Action: com.limegroup.install.SettingsTranslator
Status: ERROR
Additional Notes: ERROR - class com.limegroup.install.SettingsTranslator.install() Unexpected Fatal Error:"

can you give the solution? because i think that many mac users
are in the same situation.
