Burning CDs

I was attempting to make a mix and I downloaded a bunch of songs. MOST of them however could not be selected to be burned. I am using a Philips burner and Toast Deluxe 4.1.2. I place it in the audio box and it says, "(name of song) is a corrupted MPG Audio File" This has been upsetting me a lot having to download a song a number of times and not having any of them work. Can I fix the song or is there a way I can check if the song I am downloading is corrupted or not? I am using a mac OS 8.6. if you could email me with the response that would be great. but i will check it on here. My email is tyfryk2k1@aol.com

Burning CD's

I've seen the same problem. I worked oround the issue by converting the "mp3" file into a "aiff" file. That made Toast happy. I only had it happen once so for me it wasn't a big deal. I never found out why this problem occurred in the first place.

Good Luck.
