Over the past few days I have developed a new problem-when my downloads get to about 94%, they jump to incomplete. this is happening to almost all of my downloads(10-12), but 1 or 2 have been fine. I have been using limewire for about 6 months and other than morpheus, have had no problems. I am sharing over 1,000 filles.
It seems to me that audio files are the ones that sometimes make it through, but data files (like .sit program files) are the ones jumping to incomplete. I know enough to avoid most of the fake files by watching the size and a few obvious !!-YEAH-!! plants, but I'm wondering, are there some new fake files out there designed to frustrate us?
Also, limewire is now 'unexpectedly quiting' with a type 3 error message rather frequently (2 to 3 times in as many hours - when Im multitasking. Im am running v2.5.
