log on window

hi all,

MacOS 9.2.2, LimeWire 2.8.6. Disabling NAV, it works fine, otherwise it crashes every once in a while.

Now, my question is: from time to time, I get a pop up window with the typical 'login : password' fields, like if I'm supposed to log in into someone else's server. What does it mean? I'm using Limewire since one year or so and never noticed this login window before.

I have been experiancing the same thing. I could not find a user name or PW anywhere. This seems to occur when I have been trying to download something over a long period of time.
