What do you use for you music playback? SoundJam? If so I think soundjam has an internet playback option and just select that then LimeWire should use that as ur music playback.. You have to close LimeWire first then do that internet playback in SoundJam. If you don't use SoundJam then I dunno, just do it manual but open up the mp3 file in the folder u set it to using the program u use to play mp3's

NO PLAYER?? AM I BLIND?

I don't have the player buttons and when i look under the tools>options menu there is NO listing "player". I just installed this thing. No ability to play as i download and seems only to connect to 4 peer sources. Not a great selection of tunes from these 4. Also, i have the problem where it won't save my prefs and i have to re-setup every time i launch.

There is no LimeWire player for Mac (except in OSX, I think). You need to have your own, such as QuickTime for playback. I don't typically like to play anything while downloading, causes too much interference. LimeWire uses up too much memory.

As for saving preferences, check back a few threads. There is a work-around mentioned in one of them.
