Default I cant play movies Any help

Hello When I download a movie the movie wont play it says i dont have the proper soft where does anyone now what i need or how i can redirect the movies to a different program that plays movies?

I checked out videolan.org but it doesn't support OS 9 does anyone know something similar that does?

so has anyone come up with a way to launch movies? i have OT and itunes
os9.2.2 any suggestions on what i should look for? ...besides videolan and nimo

Hi all. QuickTime Pro opens a few more kinds on OS 9. Still, I only search for .mpg's now--what kinds of movies are you trying to view, and on what machine? If you can run 9.2.2, you should be able to run OSX, and mplayer is often recommended as highly as vlc.
