 I need help too. I have an Archos Jukebox mp3, and I want to download songs into it, but everytime I connect the mp3 to the computer, {mac} it says: "The software needed for the USB connected Item USB Storage Adapter is not available now, do you wish to look in the internet?" and I click yes, and when it stars looking a window appears and it says: "There has been a problem downloading a file". What can I do? Please contact me as soon as possible.  |
