click on the before last left menu and the second submenu should be about themes... (my LW is in French and on osX, sorry I would have to turn it to english to assist you, but this is better than no response).

voila, thanks but.....

unfortunatly that did not work, thanks, for the suggestion though. It doesnt seem to exist. I need help!!!

You can't!

It was the first time in a while I started classic... and well it doesn't work, your right. I tried to play with the preferences by changing the default theme with another, but Limewire classic seems to take the initial theme. Oh well... On lW site they say it is supposed to work, maybe in LW 3.2 classic it'll work...

Hello, ...i took SKINS for a test drive, It did not work.
And finallyfound this

"Welcome to the LimeWire Skin Library. LimeWire Version 3.0 introduces a great new feature to the software: the ability to change the look and feel of the LimeWire interface. The following is a list of skins developed in-house. Please note that Magnet links currently only work on Windows platform using IE browser.

I am running OS 9.2.2 and have the newest version of Limewire 3.3.5 the basic free version. I downloaded a skin file, put the skin file on top of Stuff-it expander, the folder that it created I then put into the System Folder\Preferences\.limewire\themes along with the original file that it downloaded to my desktop, restarted and I now have a few skins to choose from. It worked great for me!

Yep, the newest version has (limited) support for skins under OS9...it works!
