How do I get from Limewire to Itunes??

Okay. I'm using this for the first time. I downloaded some songs on Limewire which are sitting in a shared file. How do I get them to iTunes? :o)

what macOS, what version of limeiwire, and what version of itunes??? once we firgure that out, then i might be able to help you out here :)
