downloads stall the last 1%
 

I think I read somewhere there is a fix for this problem, but I can't locate it. My downloads go fine and then stall the last 1 or 2 percent could take hours to finish. What can I do?

sberlin writes about a fix for file verifying problems here, but if that's not it, there was some discussion about killing "stuck" downloads and either resuming them from the library or redownloading the same file from the search results.
