 Keep in mind that LW can detect & read metadata such as mp3 id tags. So it's not necessary to name the file with the artist & title, etc. Within iTunes this info can be added as id tags by clicking onto the song & pressing CMD+I (or Get Info from File menu.) And then click onto the Info tab; here you can enter all the details. Even if the file was named X. It would still show up in people's search results (although it'd be named X) but if they hovered their cursor over it it would list all the tag info about the artist & title, album, album art, etc. So just keep that in mind when considering your options.  |
