Vers. 1.4 'InstallAnywhere' - where?

OK - I just downloaded version 1.4 five times from five different places but each time I try to install, I get a box telling me 'the file 'InstallAnywhere installer' could not be found'.

So what is this, where do I get it and why didn't it arrive with my download?

I'm on a Mac G3 w/G4 upgrade, OS 9.1 and 224 MB RAM.
