| Gnutella.net file did exist for OS 9 & is found in the limewire preferences folder. Location is: Macintosh HD -> System -> Preferences -> .limewire __ (notice the . in front of the limewire name) If you view the Preferences folder in 'list' mode, you will find the .limewire folder sitting at or near the top of the preferences folder. Inside the LW preferences folder you will find the gnutella.net file which should be replaced; The link below will take you to a file hosting site where you can download a file named gnutella.net. zSHARE - gnutella.net If that link doesn't work, try this other one. gnutella.net LW MUST be closed when you do this! This is very important. |

| Thanks. I found the folder trash the file. Then went to both sites and at gnutella.net I join and downloaded what I needed it says it is in my file, but I'll be damn if I can find it to place it where it goes. I starting to think I have computer problems from running an old system. Thanks for help. but still no fix. I can't understand why it worked for so long and now it's broke. I have no problem going Pro, but am afarid if I did I would have the same problem. I am going to look into an up-grade. Any other thoughts please shoot them at me. Thanks again. Still Confused |
