 I was not asking for your router address. I was asking if you used a router & if yes what brand & model. The same about the modem. These devices might be part of the problem. Go here: http://www.magnetmix.com/video.shtml & choose a video file & select to downld. These are called magnet links & will downld via LW. Let's see if this will get you connected.
