how do i allow uploads from behind a firewall

What's the best way to configure my firewall? Is there a way to only allow acces to the Limeware share folder.
What is the best way to configure Limeware? When i want to "Force IP" i have to fill in an adress. Wich adress?

I WANT TO SHARE BUT I ALSO WANT TO BE SAFE!
