I can't connect!!!

I have an iMAC, and use OS 9.1. I've never had a problem before, but now I can't connect. Any suggestions?

i have an imac with 9.0.4 and all i get online is that there are o files being shared. on my pc i'll get many files being shared without a problem. any ideas would be appreciated.
