Can't Open Programs

Hi

Being a Limewire newbie I've been experimenting downloading software but I can't open any of it. I guess I just click on 'Launch' like music but when I do...nothing.

I'm downloading .sit and .zip files which should open in my OS9.2.

I also want to download **** to upgrade my OS. Will I need any licence or anything to open and install it?

We don't want to know anything about specific files you're downlding if these are copyright, etc. Forum Rules (click here)

StuffIt Expander can open zip files. However, for OS 9 I'm not 100% sure it can. I know I used ZipIt & MacZip (this ones free) which can both zip & unzip. Drag & Drop is always the safest way.

Perhaps you should have a look at the Sticky about Blank Documents also. There's some handy tips in there.
