Phony audio files

Lately, when searching for audio files, I'll get two or three sets of results that are always 134.4k, going under the name I'm searching. The downloaded file is a viral commercial. Anyone know what this is and how I can filter it?

Look around the forums: this problem has been around for quite some time now.

Look at the stickies to find out more about autogenerated spam. Upld/Downld section particularly.

You can filter it out using the spam filter. It only took me 2 searches to filter out all those type of spam. I deliberately set out to find the spam though. Of course you need LW 4.10 or later to use the spam filter.

Thanks for the tip. I didn't have the very latest iteration of Limewire Pro, so I downloaded it and got the junk filtering capability. Too bad we need a junk filter!
