 v1.8 goes too slow for use I've just updated from v 1.7 to 1.8 and all that happens when i open it is it opens then any input i try to make, like clicking on anything takes about 30 sec to take effect. and even then after about 2 mins it just crashes, needing a restart (cannot force quit or press programmers button). Also (as others have mentioned) Why oh WHY did you remove the data about available files etc. This was really useful to guage when a search was going to yield any results or not.  yeah 1.8 was a major step back. It took away a ton of features too. i dunno what they were thinking. Maybe they'll make it better soon. |
