moving basic lime wire to a second computer

We just bought a laptop for my daugther during Christmas. How can we move our basic limewire service from our home desktop to the new laptop?
Thanks

Simply download a new copy of Limewire basic from www.limewire.com onto the new computer. It is free of charge.

You will need to tranfer the downloaded files if you so wish by network connection or burning a data disc to transfer if you so wish.

Just a word of warning

Just a quick word of warning, if your daughter is under 16 years of age it would not be wise, as a parent, to let her use LW unsupervised.

Rememeber that the downloads come from numerous PCs and servers situated from all around the world, not from a single supervised source, and you cannot know what some strange people are willing to share on the network, which could now be acessed by your daughter

Therefore, IMHO, LW is not an appropriate gift to give to a youngster.

I know that as a parent myself I would not allow any under 16s in my household to use it.
