I can't launch this thing

I am very frustrated with Limewire. I have had this program a long time. I had to erase it off of my hard drive and reinstall it. When I went to the website to reinstall I uploaded it and usually when it finishes it Auto-Launches. Well not this time. I uploaded and the file name is INSTALL, nothing else. When I went to try to launch it another way it launches but it doesn't extract anything. I try to find Limewire on my computer but nothing. I am using an iMac 333 with OS 9.0.1. What is wrong. Have I maybe exceeded my limits on Download.com.

I have tried to figure everything out on my own and I just can't think of anything else that could be wrong on my part.
