iTunes

Have downloaded MP3 files but am unable to play these in my iTunes program? Any suggestions?

What happens when you double-click on the mp3 file? Does it play in another audio program? Have gone into iTunes and gone to File>Add to library... and selected the mp3 in question?
You may have to go into your FileExchange control panel and designate iTunes as your app for mp3's.
