help for old lady

I believe that the player that they speak of is "MusicMatch" or something like that. Do you have iTunes? Do you know if you have an MP3 player installed on your computer? Do you know how to "Map Files" in the "Internet" control pamel? Please send the answers to these questions and I will be happy to help.
