Default Internet Providers to be Blamed?

Just tell us that the main problem is the internet providers not allowing us to use Limewire. Please help us by telling us which ports to use. Why should Comcast and the rest of them have so much power?

Generally the last ports to be blocked for p2p use by ISP's are 49152 - 65535. Often a good one to try is port 64049.
