I have downloaded the LimeWire Pro with everything ending up in the trash.
According to the FAQ, I should use an installer with a later version of MRJ.
How do I do this? What is MRJ? I have a Macintosh G4. Now as I search for answers an error 3 occurs ending internet Explorer connection. Thanks for your help. Marje

What happened when you ran the installer? Did anything come up visually? Did it just crash in the middle?

The installation apeared to be complete according to my install manager. When I could not find the files, even with Sherlock, I finally looked in trash.
Now just in this program it ends my internet connection with error 3.

Can you attach any of the files in your trash that end in .xml (like InstallLog.xml, something like that) in an e-mail to me at [email protected]?

Try trashing your Internet Preferences and PPC Registration Database both in the Preferences folder. You'll need to redo your Internet settings. These files are used by more than just IE; problems in them may be causing systemwide errors.
