Nearly all of the items that show up come up with could not download messages when I try to download them. Once in a while one will go through and it will download. What is the problem with this system? What do I need to do to ensure the downloads occur?
I read the faq's, tried what it said and it did not work. I have cable and no firewall.

Any one ever get this straight. I am having trouble with classic and X. Same stuff, either "cannot download" stated constantly or "cannot move to library".
I have never seen any actual help. Anyone have any?
