Hi, I need help unpacking a downloaded program and installing it on my Macintosh - OS 10.3.9. The program came from limewire as "dr***ver osx.zip". When unzipped it gave me "setup.exe". I thought .exe were for PCs? Am I mistaken or is there a way to use this file to install on a Mac?

You downloaded a 'windows' program. No exe files will work on a mac. It was something maybe spammed adding OSX to the name itself.
Chances are if you were using Windows, it would be a virus. O.o

Thanks so much. That would explain my difficulty. I just took it for granted that when you specify a search in Limewire that you could trust what you received. Now I can see that I will need to be more cautious. Thanks again.
