Being safe from lawsuits

What is the best way to be safe from lawsuits? Shoulkd I have a firewall? I hear that with someone's IP address, you can find out if they have been downloading. Does someone have to delete all of their songs to be safe from RIAA? Should I just move all of my files to another folder so that I won't be sharing those files?

Simply share non-infringing content.

if you don't know any, there are some mp3s on my website, which I'd be very glad to see in other peoples shares...

Also you could share the first 4 pdfs from here:

All of thise are free to copy, so you don't need to fear being persecuted by the RIAA for sharing them.
