so are there any ways to get around this copyright law?

like say, if i was a librarian distrubuting burnt CDs?

or maybe if i advertised for those artists that i dowloaded and played.

any loop holes at all, any, that anyone can think of that would enable me to download copyrighted music legally?

i need some feedback.
