i know this type of question has been asked before, but not this specific question has been answerd.

what is illegal:
the reproduction of music/program
or
the downloading of music/program

i have read on program like nortan antivirus
'any unauthorised reproduction of this program or files is illigal'
it doesent say anything about downloading the files and installing them.

so is it illigal to share the files, to download them, or both.
any comments welcomed.
