Access downloads on another computer

Can anyone tell me how to access my downloads on another computer. I have downloaded some music at my work's computer and I'd like to listen to them at home as well.
Thanks,

That's what FTP is for. Make a FTP server on your home machine so you can upload to it your songs while at work.

If you don't know what is FTP or what to download, google is your friend.

You only need a FTP on your home machine. At work you need a FTP client like CuteFTP to access to your home FTP. With CuteFTP, for exemple, you upload your material onto your home server.

There are tutorials on the net, use google to find them.

Work Computers

My comments are very general and may or may not have any affect upon what you are trying to do.

Unless you know different, most work computers are behind a firewall and cannot be accessed from outside unless you have permission from your IT people.

However, this cannot stop you from uploading stuff to your home PC from work, using your FTP software, but it will stop you downloading stuff on your work PC from home.

Hope you are successful

PS. Insure that you set up your FTP software carefully and correctly or you could leave your PCs (work and home) open and vulnerable.

tranfer from work to home

You might try to send them as an e-mail attachement to your home address.
Or write them on a portable medium, like floppy or Flash Drive.
