Why isnt LimeWire working on Vista??

I got a new Vista PC but Limewire is not working properly. I disabled Aero since I heard it was causing LimeWire to malfunction. Then I downloaded Java 6 and still it opens but doesnt establish any connection. My Internet Explorer aloso goes dead when LimeWire is open. What elso could possibly be wrong?

Are you using McAfee? If you are, that could be the problem. Check out posts 38 & 44 here

Otherwise, have a look through this Vista section of the forum. Also, use the forum search...there are quite a few Vista threads around now;)
