Ok firstly you need to choose if you want McAfee or Avast as running two AV's on the one computer is not a good idea, as they will clash....

You can decide to uninstall McAfee like a lot of people have and it has fixed thier problem and stay with Avast or you can keep Avast and give McAfee a ring as suggested in an earlier post....

Once you have decided what to do there...I have just found your modem/router on the port forwarding site....Follow these instruction to Port Forward, hopefully it will get you up and running....

I loaded Avast because McAfee kept bringing up a pop-up saying the there wasnt any AV protection on my computer
