No you shouldn't see a firewall there at all...
This is a hard one....

You could try these fixes and see if they work at all...
Try changing the listen Port number and tick the manual port box and enter 64049 into both and select apply....(or any number between 49152 up to 65535, but enter the same number into both)

No luck there ???
Try uninstalling your Java from the add/remove programs and then re-install the JRE offline version....(4th one down)

Then uninstall Limewire using the uninstaller which is found in start > all programs > limewire...then re-install it using the offline installer...

If that does not help with your problem try deleting your preference folder...

Try the Beta verion of Limewire...

I hope one of these fixes works for you...
