No longer have "turbocharged connection"

When I purchased Pro I had a "Turbocharged Connection". One day when I got on I only had a "Fair" connection. My internet is working at full signal and full speed so I'm not sure why I no longer have a good connection with LW. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

OS- Vista Home Premium
