![]() Fair Dinkum, Aussie! Appreciate prompt reply. Here's results: 1. When accessed file as shown in email notice, there it was: CLOSED. With Search did find it, but curious situation. 2. FIX file marked CLOSED Found Preferences: Excuse inexperience, but only Preferences I know are those shown at IE7pro: General Settings 2 checked, one of which is crash recovery. Tap Settings all 7 checked. Apprehensive as to unchecking, and need confirm this is the program to which you were referring. If not, please include exact path to get to it. 3. Reference Java which you suggest uninstalling, etc. If need be, so be it, but FYI , here's what I have : JAVA RUNTIME ENVIRONMENT 6 & JAVA ENVIRONMENT update 1.
