| oh and also had a another ? ive noticed alot of people talk about the upload and download meter in the options tab.. i have my upload as far down as it will go(1.75kb) and download up as far as it will go(7kb) does this make a diference..where should i put it or should i just keep it where i have it... im not alowing any uploads only because i figured its best for us dial up folks.. i dont know anything about this so if you could school me on what to do or not to do id be greatfull |
